LAVIZER currently delivers orders within Bangladesh.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.

For Cash on Delivery orders, we may contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm your order before processing.

DELIVERY TIME

Estimated delivery times are:

• Inside Dhaka: 1–3 business days
• Outside Dhaka: 2–5 business days

These are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed.

Delivery to remote or less accessible locations may require additional time.

SHIPPING CHARGES

Delivery charges depend on factors such as:

• Delivery location
• Order size or weight
• Courier service
• Promotional offers

The applicable delivery charge will be shown at checkout or communicated to the customer before order confirmation.

CASH ON DELIVERY

Cash on Delivery (COD) may be available for eligible orders and locations.

When COD is selected, payment should be made to the delivery person when the order is delivered.

LAVIZER may contact customers to confirm COD orders before shipment.

ORDER TRACKING

Where tracking information is available, LAVIZER or the delivery partner may provide tracking information to the customer.

Delivery may be delayed due to circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:

If a delivery fails because of incorrect, incomplete, or unreachable customer information, additional delivery or redelivery charges may apply.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact LAVIZER within 3 days of delivery and provide your order number along with clear photos or videos of the issue.
